These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Just Call Dan website and services.
1. Services
Just Call Dan provides business support, audits, consulting, process improvement, systems advice, CRM support, automation assistance, website support and related services.
2. General Information Only
Information on this website is general in nature. It does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, taxation or professional advice.
3. No Guaranteed Results
JCD aims to help clients identify bottlenecks, improve systems and make better operational decisions. However, we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue increase, profit increase, customer growth, productivity improvement or financial result.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for all business decisions, financial decisions, staffing decisions, operational decisions and implementation choices made within their business.
5. Quotes, Fees and Payments
Fees, quotes and payment terms will be agreed with the client before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice. Work may be paused if payments are overdue.
6. Scope of Work
Services are limited to the agreed scope of work. Additional tasks, changes, revisions or support outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
7. Third-Party Platforms
JCD may recommend or use third-party tools, software, platforms, CRMs, automation tools, hosting providers or AI services. JCD is not responsible for outages, changes, pricing, data loss, errors or performance issues caused by third-party providers.
8. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their business data and materials. JCD retains ownership of its own methods, templates, processes, frameworks, designs, documents and know-how unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat confidential business information with reasonable care and not disclose it unnecessarily, except where required by law or necessary to deliver services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JCD is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
11. Termination
Either party may end services by providing written notice. Fees for work already completed or costs already incurred remain payable.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
