Not another guru

What’s the one thing holding your business back?

You back the process. I back the fix.

Just Call Dan is built for small business owners who are sick of paying for waffle. We find the first thing worth fixing, agree what “fixed” looks like, and get it sorted properly.

No blind trust. We agree what “fixed” looks like before the job starts.
No guru nonsense. No giant report. No mystery strategy. No dragging it out.
Built fair.Approved businesses can use a Mutual Fix Agreement or Startup Fix Plan.
Why Just Call Dan exists
I’m not another self-proclaimed business guru.

You know the ones.

They tell you they’ll change your business. They ask for payment up front. Then once they’ve got the money, the updates get vague, the job drags out, and you’re left chasing the person you already paid.

That’s exactly what I don’t want Just Call Dan to be.

I’m not here to sell you a giant strategy, a fancy report, or another system you’ll never use.

I’m here to find the first thing making your business harder than it should be — then fix it properly.

01

We start with the problem

Not a package. Not a pitch. Tell me what feels slow, messy, unclear or harder than it should be.

02

We find the first fix

It might be your website, Google profile, missed leads, cold quotes, reviews, admin or the system sitting in your head.

03

We agree what fixed means

No vague “growth” nonsense. We agree the result, the scope, the amount and what each side needs to do.

04

Then we both back it

You back the process. I back the fix. That’s the mutual trust bit.

What usually needs fixing?

The service is not the point. The result is.

I don’t care whether the fix is a website, a Google profile, a follow-up system or a simple Command Centre. I care whether it removes the thing that’s costing you time, leads or money.

People can’t find you
Get found

Website, Google Business Profile, landing pages and clear calls-to-action so the right people can actually reach you.

Leads go nowhere
Stop the leakage

Missed enquiry systems, quote follow-up, simple tracking and processes so work stops slipping through the cracks.

Everything lives in your head
Clean up the chaos

Admin, workflows, templates, automations and Command Centre style systems so the business stops relying on your memory.

You look smaller than you are
Build trust fast

Reviews, messaging, photos, service pages and proof so the business looks as good online as it is in real life.

You don’t know where to start
Find the first move

The One Thing Check cuts through the noise and shows what to fix first, what can wait, and what is actually worth paying for.

The problem is already hurting
Business Rescue

For when the issue is urgent and the business needs the bleeding point found and sorted.

The One Thing Check

Before we touch anything, we work out the first thing worth fixing.

What’s actually holding things back

No guessing. No “maybe it’s marketing.” We call the real problem.

What should be fixed first

Not ten random ideas. One clear first move that makes sense.

What can wait

Because not everything is urgent, and not everything is worth paying for yet.

What it will take

The practical fix, the likely scope, and whether I can help sort it.

The Mutual Fix Agreement

No blind trust. Both sides back it.

This is not “trust me bro.” And it is not me working for free while someone decides whether they feel like paying. It is a clear agreement between two serious sides.

What I put on the table

  • I don’t ask approved clients to blindly pay the full project fee up front.
  • I agree what “fixed” looks like before work starts.
  • I do the agreed work properly, practically and without dragging it out.
  • I tie the balance to the agreed fix being delivered.

What you put on the table

  • You are serious enough to make a commitment.
  • You give access, info and approvals quickly.
  • You don’t change the goalposts halfway through.
  • You pay the agreed amount when the agreed fix is delivered.
You back the process. I back the fix.

If the job is too vague, too risky, or outside my lane, I’ll say so. That is part of the trust too.

Startup Fix Plan

Starting up? Cash tight? Fair.

Plenty of startups have the drive, the problem, and the opportunity — just not a spare pile of cash sitting there.

That does not mean they are not serious. But serious still matters.

For approved startups, the first fix can be split over time. You make a commitment payment, I get the agreed fix done, and the rest is paid on an agreed schedule.

01. CommitmentYou put something down so I know you are serious.
02. First fixI deliver the agreed fix, not a pile of theory.
03. Pay-off scheduleThe remaining balance is paid over the agreed timeframe.
04. Keep movingOnce the first fix is sorted, we look at the next sensible move.
Business Rescue

When the problem is already hurting.

Sometimes the problem has gone past “we should probably fix that.” Leads are slipping through. Quotes are going cold. The website is costing trust. Google looks dead. Admin is everywhere. Everything relies on you remembering it.

That is Business Rescue — find the bleeding point, agree what fixed looks like, and sort the first serious problem.

Serious about fixing the problem.
Meet Dan

I built this because the usual way is broken.

I’ve seen too many small business owners get sold websites, marketing, systems and “strategy” without anyone first asking what is actually broken.

They pay. They wait. They chase. Then weeks later, they still have the same problem — just with a new invoice attached.

I’m not here to sound clever. I’m here to find the thing and fix the thing.

Whether it is follow-up, quotes, reviews, your website, Google profile, admin, systems, or something you cannot pin down, we start with the one thing.

Start here

Tell me the bit you’re sick of dealing with.

No giant form. No sales call trap. Tell me what keeps slowing the business down and I’ll tell you what I’d fix first.
